they have defective brains and are incapable of normal human reasoning.

they pose an immediate threat to themselves and those around them. They need to be exterminated for their own good and for public safety reasons.

white. That is why they accuse you of supporting Al Qaeda if you question Bush. To the freep either/or mind, if you don't support Bush absolutely, the only alternative is that you support Osama. You must support somebody. You can't possibly think for yourself.

but the court really has no say on how the Commander-in-chief of the military chooses to conduct intelligence gathering on the enemy in a time of war.

Apparently, they've already accepted Dubya as the King and High Commisioner in Charge of All Things.

It's over for us. :shrug:

No this is a legitimate lying talking point shopped around by the likes of Horowitz, podoretz, Savage and so on. The Dems need to be more em[phatic in their rebuttal to this slander.
