"Party of One" my Flash attack on LIEberman,w/ "Masters of War" by Dylan

Here's my latest work all about Joe LIEberman's ridiculous run as a "Party of One", which reminds me of "Army of One" (which gives ME a mental image of a guy stuck under fire in a foxhole, looking around and saying, "WHERE the hell IS EVERYBODY!!") :) -- Makes about as much sense in a marketing vein. Party of One, Translates into "Party of NONE" when it involved LIEberman, might as well be saying, "Party of ME", eh?

This flash also incorporates the fact that the Terror Lockdown on Liquids, etc came so close on the heels of Joe's Smackdown by Lamont as to not be considered credible - even today they are confirming that people will walk FREE because they don't have the evidence to hold them, let alone that there were NO Explosives in their possession, they hadn't even made reservations, etc, etc..

Meanwhile they talk about charging a PREGNANT woman for having some water, and a face wipe - this flash addresses those concerns as well, the fact that WE are being used as PUPPETS in a The Politics of Terror.

Remember, a republican said they'd ride this last nonThreat all the way into November. Let's prove them wrong.. Let's VOTE for Lamont, as we all know this last Primary was a referendum on Bush and his faked "war". The Nerve of LIEberman to shit all over the Democrats. It's like using a girlfriend to get you through medical school and then snatching up the Trophy Wife once you've graduated. How can we ever trust this Puppet again?

One of my best Flash works ever, and to the Tune of "Masters of War" by Mr Bob Dylan, and no truer words were spoken in our time.

1. Nice, but one thing

The intro with the reference to Jesus, the propaganda machine is going to try to paint Dem's as anti-semitic, and that plays right into it. Otherwise its very well thought-out.

she got an "A". she also created a heated debate and was accused of getting pictures (of the dead and wounded - military and civilians) from "another" war, not the Iraq war, by one of the teachers. she did depleted uranium as well. her history teacher was a handicapped Vietnam vet who expressed amazement that the military was "still" using it and actually cried.

her goal was to make people aware and to stop kids from enlisting in the illegal wars of this admin.

9. As a Veteran myself I'm pretty moved to hear

about the Vet teacher as well. Congrats to your daughter, she must make you proud. Got to get those brains BOILING, wake the Zombies UP, and us FACTS to do it..

When I went on the Scarborough show (and O'Reilly too) a few times, I found that if you get IN THEIR FACES with FACTS, that they fold up like lawn chairs.

All it takes is ONE PERSON to change the world, and THAT would very easily be your daughter, and she's brave in this day and age, good kid, hope she runs for office, takes some PolySci, etc.

8. I always do that :)

I show it to my wife she says, "Needs to be more zippy..", and I counter with, "But people say they can't read the info!", then I go in and strip a bunch of frames out, and then people say they can't read the info :)

I usually put a REPLAY button on these, but after working on it for a week I thought I should get it out there, want to help Lamont all I can, and I consider this a Bell Weather for the elections..

THIS ONE is where we can set the tone, take a look at Skinner's great idea of going after the Repig, he posted a thread on that.. I also thought it would be a fun thing to send the Repuglican in Connecticut a PLAYING CARD from any old deck of cards, send thousands, along with a note that says, "WE don't vote for someone who's been KICKED out of Vegas for Counting Cards.. You can count THIS card as ONE LESS VOTE FOR YOU!"

I want to see LIEberman GO DOWN, baby!

12. Sometimes I wonder if I'm not just wasting my time

creating these flashes anymore. Used to be when I'd slave over one for a week and then launch it, I'd easily get a 100 replies, all outraged people glad that someone had put what they were feeling into one nice work, pics and sound and attitude they needed..

But anymore it seems like I do all the work, and I know it's not a bad work, for a solid week, then launch it and get 4 responses, good comments over all, but to do it all for only four responses is not worth spending all night up and suffering from exhaustion, for free I might add..

Maybe the web is glutted with this stuff now, when I was doing it we had practically invented it as s form of protest, now there's YouTube, Crooksanliars, etc - all the media is already created by the CORPORATE media, and easily saved and served.

The "little guys" trying to make a dif can't fight the FREE footage where people stick their foots in their mouths, and of course opinions are just that, free and flowing.

Be easier to write something GONZO, over the top, get everyone riled, etc.

Might be my flash work is now part of a dying breed.

One of the reasons I've been doing fewer and fewer of these, might be time to just quit doing it, guess I've had my shot when it was time, and now it's just not effective enough to even bother with.

This is not to insult those that enjoy my work and peculiar brand of view, to you I thank. Same thing is happening to other Flash sites, we're losing them. Like BushFlash.. sad to see him go down..

Shame. Might be time to move on.

Man oh man, from my tiny corner of the world, your impact has been huge. penetrating, to the point, with facts facts facts that unravel the propaganda. My experience mostly with teenagers, your work is the perfect tool. surely now the word (truth) is overpowering the administration's flacid attempts to "stay the course", "with us or against us", "empowering the terrorists" etc etc. the walls broken down by you and many truth seekers. You are a treasure, symbolman. YOU HAVE SAVED LIVES.

I may need to start posting my work in some other places like Huffington, or YouTube, etc and getting more notice that way, feedback is important, and I appreciate yours and some of the other folks here.. the older ones know how long I've been beating my brains out makng these puppies for 5 years basically for free, but when you get down to the bottom of the bank account time gets less "free" :)

PS, is anyone having trouble viewing this one? Buzzflash said it locked up, but the sound continued at the "But Lieberman CHANGED" section- you'll see the capitol with lightning.. let me know if this happens to you please.

15. Your work is every bit as important now as the first one was.

I doubt very much that you are being lost in a moil. I do think, however, that the character (or maybe I should call it tone?) of DU has shifted somewhat in the last year or two.

Somehow that anger we used to see here has become more directed at each other rather than at the ones who are actually creating the misery. I keep thinking it is frustration talking, but I have to admit that on some days I start to wonder if maybe DU has begun to give up its "edge."

Certainly, the loss of your work and energy here at DU would hasten the demise.
