Hey ya'll wasn't it ruled that Little Lord Pissypants can't issue
these signing statements? Wasn't their some sort of ruling that they are illegal or unconstitutional or both? I vaguely remember some decision that he can't make the law by way of these signing statements. It is the job of Congress to make the laws and he can sign them or veto them but not make them himself.

Anyone else remember this?

2. No. The ABA came out and made a statement that they felt it
was unconstitutional, but there was no official ruling on signing statements. This was just recently and there will probably some kind of legal action to challenge the legality but nothing formally yet.

3. NO ONE is willing to challenge the chimp.
The only one that I`ve heard of that is making any noise at all is John Conyers. He seems to be out there all by himself. Yes, we need to vote dem in `06. But, in `08 we really need to clean house. WE ARE THE PEOPLE,dammit!!!!!!!!!

4. He is guilty of this, and he has been accused....
But not by a court. Not officially.
WE have called him on it.
