What Means the Most To You?
when you stand back, and think about it.

War, bombs, terror, fear, anger, hurt, death, pain, broken families, broken bones, broken futures, broken lives.

or

Peace?

It really is that simple.

I'm not stupid, and not overly idealistic, but I will cling to this idea until my dying day:

Peace is the answer.

It could be an easy accomplishment. It could happen easily if the war devils weren't so good at propaganda.

Peace.

2. It greatly worries me to bring peace and justice back......
will take some violence. Somehow I don`t think these thugs will go quietly into the night. Ithink they have tasted money and power and they will not give up easily. I think it will be an uphill battle for all of us lefties. But, battle we must. I for one, will never give up.

3. When you are in Unity
with All That Is, you know that peace is the underlying basis of all creation. Would that all awake from the insanity of Maya (illusion) that we can all create a new and better world. It is happening, right here, right now.

Om shanti, shanti, shanti.

Shalom

Salaam

4. There will never be peace
There will never be peace, there never has been peace. People like Bush and Cheyney profit off of war, and when there's money to be made, count on it happening.

Before we see peace, we have to cleanse the world of the right-wing fascists like PNAC and the neocons. They will not go quietly. But if the peaceful and loving people of the world unite together, we just might have a chance.

5. I'm so afraid you're right....
that there will never be peace. Too much money to be made by those who can live unaffected by war. They get richer and everyone else suffers.

Welcome to DU from one Newbie to another!:hi:

6. All we can do
is try to slow down the progress of the warmongers. I'm convinced that someday, something will happen that will shake the world to it's core and wake it up to what's been happening. We can all but hope that that event will occur during our time here on Earth. I fear it will not.

9. Hate Me For It, But Your's Is A False Choice
You can have peace and broken futures at the same time. You can have peace with broken lives and broken bones too.

Some things are worth fighting for; peace without liberty is no peace at all.
