The defense officials were quoted as saying the report also found commanders had created a climate that minimized the importance of Iraqi lives, particularly in Haditha, where insurgent attacks were rampant, The New York Times said.

God I long for the Clinton days again. My money was growing 20 % to 35 % every year, gas was just over a buck, my health insurance was 100 % provided by my employer, no threats of tare, and I didn't have to look over my shoulder all the time.
