ultimately, in coordination with implantable chips, the govt can completely control and prevent uprisings under martial law.

Once martial law is declared, there will be no "democrats" or "republicans" only citizens and state.

this may sound far-fetched, but think about it: if they have implanted chips in all of us, and readers at every corner, they can track, real time, our movements and where abouts, OR they can segregate dissidents into ghettos where they cannot leave.

We aren't all on a laptop that is easy to steal and take to the GOP for them to draw up letters to send with "DO NOT FORWARD" written on them. They did that to a lot of troops deployed in Iraq and registered in a highly concentrated DEM district. When they get the letters back as undeliverable, they challenge the absentee ballots.

Now, with that dirty trick exposed, think about the laptop that went missing a while back with all the vet info and data on something like 80% of active duty personnel. If they have a list of what vets are in hospitals and not at home...
