slurping up Fitzgerald's phones as well as all Democratic phones. There is no way he isn't. Tapping the prosecutor's phones is illegal as hell. Fitz has to know this. I wonder if he is considering that in his strategy.

I'm sure there are plenty of people regrouping and looking at all their options. There are actual patriots in this country who are concerned with protecting the laws of the land and its citizens rather than their own narrow interests and legal backsides, as the Bush Cabal does. You can bet said actual patriots are circling wagons.

the act of tapping into ALL phone calls would include Fitzgerald's too. Besides being illegal in all ways, catching Fitz's phones is a super-duper no no because he is investigating people in the white house.
