Victory For Blue Water Navy In Agent Orange Exposure
U.S. Court of Appeals Claims says VA's current "boot on the ground" definition of "service in the Republic of Vietnam" is " "plainly erroneos and unreasonable and must be SET ASIDE" WOOYA

This is incredibly good news for the "Blue Water Navy" of the Vietnam era

The old "boot on the ground" definition is being thrown out.

This will lead to the reopening of countless Agent Orange claims by former Navy members and their families who have lost their Navy Vets.

There is USCAVC decision in a PDF format at

Victory for the Good Guys its nice to hear this news. My Navy Brothers now have the right to make a claim ya baby
