Another Ineffective Dem Spokeswoman On Tweets Right Now

Jenny Backus on with Gordon Liddy, Ie: wiretaps. Neither she nor Tweets points out that current FISA law allows
the Feds to get a wiretap IMMEDIATELY and without a warrant. They just need to retroactively get a warrant
post-action within a specified time frame (72 hours? Can't remember).

Why is that aspect of current law never pointed out in these "debates."


BTW - Tweety introduced her as "no relation to Mr Magoo, Jim Backus," when the last time she was on
she specifically told Tweets that she was related to Jim Backus. She had to tell him again today. Tweets
can't remember shit.

5. Tweets used him as a comic foil on the wiretaps. They openly

joked about Liddy's wiretaps and illegal activities. Liddy even bragged that he
wiretapped the phones when he was in prison and used the info he gathered against the
warden!

This was a transparent effort by Tweets to reduced the whole illegal aspect of bush's wiretaps
to joke status. That will be the new ploy here: Ds are making a big deal out of nothing...it's a joke.

Have you noticed that Tweets, Jeffrey Toobin and others seemed to be on the anti-illegal wiretaps
side UNTIL the court ruled against bushco? Then, they suddenly make light of it, or insist it will be
overturned. Or - in Toobin's case - feel it necessary to point out that the ruling came from a liberal,
female BLACK judge who cited "mostly other liberal judges" in her ruling. Wink, wink - the lib'rul welfare queen
has ruled.

11. I complained about her last week. She's totally ineffective and always

looks like a deer caught in the headlights. She seems to totally freeze up when she has so many opportunities to make a clear and cogent point.

It's apparent she's an awful spokesperson, yet she continues to make appearances on the show. Tells me that she is on just for that reason...VERY WEAK. She could do us all a favor and decline when she is invited again...of course, Tweety would probably find someone worse than her to replace her.
