Great movie, pity about the Big Lie...
'Oliver Stone's World Trade Center is neither ideological nor conspiratorial; it is highly moving and could end up being the definitive cinematic record of what it felt like to be inside the hellish cyclone of September 11, 2001. All the same, the movie reinforces the Big Lie - that the attacks on the US were linked to Iraq and supported by Saddam Hussein, and as such could deepen waning support for the war in Iraq.'

3. stone's a big liar
him and spielberg/lucas etc all seem to be agents of something that hides the truth under masses of blah blah.....compare that to the soprano's david chase, whose work makes clear why people do the things they do, good or bad! stone plays a kinda shell game with his audience: and no one possibly wins (learns a truth) cuz there aint nothing under the 3 shells!
