This is, uh, this is 2006! It's a different world.

(translation: time to abolish the courts and let the Unitary Executive decide things for America, since he was elected and those friggin' activist judges were NOT, hello!)

6. I thought it was their job. I am sure I am dunce on this but
I can not figure out what they mean by 'making laws' when they say one is not constitutional. Judges do not dream up laws and pass them they just say if they go by the Constitutions. If you say one is un-constitutional I do not see why that is 'making law'. Or is this just one of those Red state blue state things that I can not ever understand??
