http://www.libertypost.org/cgi-bin/readart.cgi?ArtNum=154632This thread is about the CIA contractor beating an innocent guy to death with a flashlight.
Abuse is not torture and as we have learned from child abuse accusations it can mean anything at all. These men were following orders, if they were guilty, everyone up to GWB should have been put in jail. They were made scapegoats by a political, spineless kangaroo court.
You cannot interrogate terrorists by offering them twinkies. The only reason most of those folks were in Abu Graib was to get info from them, otherwise they would have been shot in the field as they deserved.
Only the commie left which wants the US out of Iraq and to fail in its mission would slime our troops like these garbage bags who took pictures and had them published all over the world did. Every single soldier that took pictures and had them published should have been shot in the back like a mad dog. They were traitors, besmerching the name of their country in front of the whole world.

On this issue I see there is no reasoning with you.
You sound and want to act just like the terrorists you hate.

That's correct, there is absolutely no reason that can be given by anyone to give aid and comfort to the enemy as those who exposed Abu Graib did.

The press accounts back at the time of the Abu Ghraib scandal, in the spring of 2004, were to the effect that 90% of the people held in Abu Ghraib were average Iraqis, picked up in random sweeps. As I recall, the sources for those accounts were U.S. intelligence sources.

The press accounts back at the time of the Abu Ghraib scandal,
Please, the commie lying, treasonous NY Times, the treasonous Washington Post, the treasonous LA Times just made this garbage up. They have no idea why these people were there, they did not take a poll, they did not look at the arrest records. This is totally made up garbage.
