14. the slicing machine
The presidents who violate the constitution are strapped to a butchers slicing machine, set to extra-thin,
and starting with the feet, are sliced up in to ribbons until they are dead.

The process is entirely humane as pain killers are administered in advance, with most presidents
asking for a bullet in the brain by the time their hips and genetals have been sliced up for
sandwiches and other meat products so greedily desired by the fast food profession. As a matter
of fact, presidential sausage can draw as much as 300 dollars a kilo, and bush-blood sausage is
a real breakfast favorite for the rich neocons who dine on their own.

Edited on Thu Aug-17-06 02:58 PM by Independent_Liberal
It's just a goddamn piece of paper!"

"The US should be a dictatorship. Not a democracy."

"Must kill all liberals. Must lock them up in camps and execute them all!"

That's exactly what goes through their heads. I'm pretty sure of it. Just wish they'd tear their damn masks off!

23. In all seriousness, usually
if a law is declared unconstitutional, the congress usually goes back and slightly reworks the law. The best example is the New Deal where FDR had law after law declared unconstitutional, only to come back slightly different.

24. There's a difference between following a law that was passed by Congress
that is later declared unconstitutional, and not obeying ANY law where your actions violate the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND: The U.S. Constitution.

Bush was NOT FOLLOWING any law. He was BREAKING THE LAW OF THE CONSTITUTION... and in doing so, he violated his Oath of Office and the WILL OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.

25. Historically, apparently nothing.
Although they may be impeached and/or resign in disgrace, nothing really punishing happens to them. Even Nixon got to build a library.

Perhaps that needs to change. I believe a proper punishment for treason should be given to Bush/Cheney so any other wannabe dictators will take notice and think twice about it.
