DETROIT - A federal judge ruled Thursday that the government’s warrantless wiretapping program is unconstitutional and ordered an immediate halt to it.

U.S. District Judge Anna Diggs Taylor in Detroit became the first judge to strike down the National Security Agency’s program, which she says violates the rights to free speech and privacy as well as the separation of powers enshrined in the Constitution.

I appreciate the fact that we're closer to solving the murder of this lil girl; although disgusted over the thousands of other children missing or murdered that MSM doesn't give a rat's ass about.

But this ruling is major and MSM (which everyone knows I don't watch) will totally bury under everything Ramsey

But as unfortunate as it is to not get the MSM coverage that this buttkicking deserves, the fact remains that the judge has given a HUGE yank on Schimpanski's choke-chain, and this issue has much longer legs than the sad story of 10-year-old murder.
