What if the Supreme Court ruled that Bush was guilty of torture, murder,
Edited on Thu Aug-17-06 12:56 PM by kentuck
....and war crimes? Would it make any difference? Would it take Jon Benet off the front page? Bad enough a federal judge just ruled that the NSA spying was illegal and unconstitutional. At what point does the media and the politicians say, "Hey, this is serious shit!"?

2. Oh, the media would pull out all the stops.
We'd get both Michael Jackson and OJ stories on the same day.

4. Can't happen.
The Supreme Court does not consider the concepts of "guilt" or "innocence." They only consider appeals made on Constitutional issues.

6. If a tree falls in the forest, and no one hears,
does it make a sound? Of course. And these rulings will make a difference. People are waking up to the fact that the MSM doesn't report the news, and are looking for it elsewhere (like here and other places on the internet).
