has anyone done polling on connecting corruption & war on terror?
The Democrats as a group dared to make one legitimate criticism of the GOP, that they are profoundly corrupt. In addition to taking the next step showing that privatization, deregulation, and tax cuts for the wealthy are corrupt on their face, we should identify corruption as the root cause of the Iraq War.

The Bush administration did not make a 'mistake" by relying on 'bad intelligence.' They chose to invade Iraq to reward their cronies in the defense, rebuilding, and most of all OIL industries, and used our fear of terrorism and the bludgeon to convince us.

If Democrats could actually say this and not apologize, it's hard to see ANY republican winning, with the exception of Ron Paul.
