3. Will they couch the report in terms of
"a blow to the Administration's drive to keep Americans safe in their homeland" ?

7. Ha Ha Ha... White House defense is "Judge was a Carter appointee."
They went on further to say, "He's a Democrat, a Democrat appointee."

LMFAO... oh, I do hope they try to float that line. "Republicans want to spy illegally on Americans, Democrats don't."

That's the kind of stuff that will win us elections, my friends.

10. Already claiming the Judge ws appointed by Carter, so she's a DEM!
Ed Henry said that was the response from the WH!

Well, surprise surprise!

43 page opinion! Admin didn't defend it on it's merits, but just said it shouldn't be in court at all! It is certain to be appealed, and because there are other suits like it percolating around the country, the SCOTUS will HAVE to take it up sooner than later!

Deperate rat bastards!

13. The diff. is that the SF judge was also appointed by a Dem, so they're
claiming it's only them damn liberal Dem judges who rule AGAINST THEM!

15. Of course, but it gives the idiots a chance to argue their bias.
In this case, I have also heard many old Pub law professors and retired judges argue against the wiretaping too!

You must admit though, that some judges (Scalia, Alito & Roberts come to mind) do seem to always side with the Pub opinions! I suppose it;s also likely that some Dem judges would do the same.

16. I hope Dems don't run from this...
DON'T ARGUE WITHIN THEIR "BIAS" FRAME. Don't try to refute it. Reject the frame and turn it around to suit your purpose.

"She supports the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the rule of law...of COURSE she's a Democrat..."

OR

"I hope she is a Democrat--it's the only party where someone with integrity, a true patriot, belongs..."

Somehow I think this might be too much to ask.
