Not for long.

Lets face it we have Joe Lieberman a self-proclaimed Democrat taking the RW tag of "Soreloserman" to heart and running as independent...with many Democrats supporting him.

Then we have the Democratic Leadership Council a moderate money soaked group of power broker right wing apologists seeking to consolidate power by taking the money and doing to ala-man right shuffle. All in a bad strategy to win the center away from the RW but looking like a neutered freeper. Little do they realize the RW is so far right from kool-aid drinking and paint chip eating that there is no victory in the jaws of defeatism.

Then we have the Democratic Progressive Caucus in Congress...a collection of people shuffled to a free speech zone and allowed to shout until horse as no one listens. At least not the media, not the corporate donors, not the DNC, DLC or DCC (just what and how many of these groups are there and what do they think they do?) and certainly not the Republicans.

Then there is the soft cream filled center. Easily swayed by television, fear and the rapturous love of Jesus as told by the snake oil man in a big box suburban church. They live a world all thier own. Neither here or there and they love to throw money around.

Then we have the everyday progressive grass roots Democrats....who keep working to get candidates on ballots and get issues forward past the giant policy wall erected by the Democratic middle. Can't talk about peace, can't talk about marriage equity, can't talk about socialized health care. No it is just Republican light issue that are allowed. Stay the course, lighten the tax cuts to the rich, catch an occasional bone that is tossed by the GOP.

Compared to the ditto head, lock-step, boot jacking, brown shirt GOP we are really a loose group of floozies.

BUT! (that is a BIG BUT)

We have been here all along...being ignored. And now people are scratching their heads going..."What the heck happened? Why are the crazies so mad?"...well one swift kick in the money fat Democratic butt with Lamont blasting Joe out of the Democratic party was just one wake-up call.

More is coming. The LOUD, ANGRY voice of PROGRESSIVE Democrats are going to come out ahead, because all the name calling, all the denial, all the denigrating and demonizing will simply fall on deaf ears.

People are sick to death of the Bozo Chimp and his greedy power mad freak show. It is so embarrassing!

I am seeing the Democratic Party change. The long tooth moderates still have the death grip on the money but the grip is weakening.

So YES the LEFTISTS are turning this country around. WE ARE RADICALS, LOONS, QUEERS and CRAZIES....but at least we are honest, truth seeking crazy loons with ideas and integrity. We are people who won't lie to start a war, take the cash to the bank and give big handouts to our wealthy friends and have a party on the backs of floating corpses in our cities. We aren't eating neo-con lead paint chips, drinking media kool-aid and buying every shiny trinket in sight with a credit card.

And we aren't afraid of 84 year olds with a shampoo bottles or teens with iPods and Gatorade.

So deal with it moderates.
Deal with it RW whackjobs.
Deal with it "Terra"-phobes.
