I am glad that a suspect appears to have been caught in the Ramsey case
However much I may be irritated with the media coverage of this story or the messed up parents, the fact remains that a little girl was kidnapped and murdered here. Never mind that she was white, rich, etc. Let the legal process unfold. If he pleads guilty he should go to jail for life. If not, and he's convicted, then he should be executed.

I'm sure the media will kick this around for a day or two. But then I expect the coverage to return to lunchbucket domestic issues: minimum wage, gas prices, health care, etc.

1. For one thing BSG you can bet money on this guy is 100% guilty...
After the Police and DAs office in Boulder have gone after the parents for so many years, their own ppl writing books about the parent being guilty, for them to come out now and set in motion the arrest of this guy ..........

4. I wouldn't say 100%. Seen too many times how loosey goosey
cops and prosecutors are. I hope this kook is the guy, for justice's sake, but he seems like a kook who might just confess for fun and fame.

2. The Boulder PD and corporate media owes the Ramsey's an apology...
They'll never get it, but I do hope they are shamed for their dispicable actions. Corporate media will kick it around for a few days and then something else will come along or perhaps they'll take another look at other stories. It's typical.

Jail for life if he's guilty.

3. Well for one, too many people are jumping on the bandwagon

to fast for my taste. They are several groups here that have a vested interested to see this thing come out a certain way so I'm going to reserve judgment until I see some more evidence.

However, if this guy is the perp, there will be a lot of crow that will be needed to make sure everyone gets their deserved portion.

5. I simply don't
care, and I find it laughable that at the same time so many here bemoan the media's attention to stories like this one, they immediately start thread after thread on it.
