I wonder if any of the betting houses will give us odds on that bet? Hell....they might even capture the Al-Quaida #2 man.......

I doubt they're going to catch Osama.....they'll hold off on that dramatic moment till November '08.

1. Gas has already dropped about .20/gallon
in the Minneapolis suburbs. I'm wondering how low they'll take it by November - and how high it will go November 8th.

2. Gas has fallen partly because oil prices have dropped
And oil has dropped because the Israel-Lebanon crisis is starting to cool off. It dropped $3 a barrel today. It will drop some more tomorrow. The fear was that the war would expand into Syria and Iran which would directly effect the supply of oil.

If the shooting starts again, the prices will jump back up. Otherwise they will keep dropping.

7. In Chicago Last Sunday I Paid $3.24/Gal for Regular Gas....
I'm in Ohio today and I've seen $2.62/gal today. I would think that Rove will pull out all the stops to get the price down by Oct/Nov and right after the election it will go up rapidly. Also - I read yesterday that the verdict will be coming in for Saddam in October. We might have a Oct/Nov public lynching (although I hear Saddam wants a firing squad).
