Terrorism in the skies.
Why is george W. bush et al trying to claim some sort of pathetic glory from the british arrest of suspects (and at this time they are only suspects) trying to bomb planes between the UK and here? Is it because he is that desperate or is he just a slime ball?

2. What else is he going to talk about?
The shitstorm in Iraq? The failed Lebanon policy? The rising cost of health care and gasoline?

Don't be surprised if he tries to take credit for the JonBenet Ramsey case in the next couple of days.

3. Both. He's a desperate slimeball.
Think about it: The U.S. has never caught any real, bona fide terrorists since 9/11, except for killing Zarqawi and throwing a bunch of guys who may or may not be innocent into the oubliette of Guantanamo. The last time "we" actually arrested and tried an honest-to-goodness terr'ist (besides Timothy McVeigh, but he doesn't count because he's not one of them furriners) was when the Clinton Administration's DoJ captured and successfully prosecuted the perps of the first WTC bombing. Oh, yeah; they got that head case loser Moussaoui; that confused kid John Walker Lindh; Jose Padilla, who allegedly was thinking about doing something bad; and the Miami Seven, who didn't have any weapons, bombs or plans. But a real serious bust, like the Brits are claiming now, has eluded King George, so he's trying to jump on their bandwagon and claim credit for it. Nothing happens unless Americans do it....

Oh, by the way; where's Osama bin Laden?

4. Whatever it is that he is attempting
seems to not be working with poll numbers continuing to decline.
