Sam Seder Must Stay on AAR... Damnit
I love listening to this guy! Especially when he takes calls from "mouth breathing" GOP duped dummies.

1. Is Sam being blamed for AAR's inability to market?

5. Why is Sam being taken off? He is one of their best. However, AAR
has had problems breaking into new markets meaning more revenue.

10. Is this another one of those "AAR is about to fold" claims?
:grr:

Actually, I can see why Sam might get dumped. When AAR started, the big draw for that show was the "star power" of Janeane Garofalo -- Sedar wasviewed as at best a "co-host." Since she's left, the AAR management might have decided that there's no point to continuing Majority Report at all.

12. I wouldn't listen to the show when Janeane was on
her psycho babble drove me crazy....but I love Sam and listen to him on his show and when he subs for others. AAR would be STUPID to get rid of him he is FABULOUS - and you know I truly believe he had a hand in Ned Lamont's victory - good for you Sam!

6. Where did you hear he was being taken off the Air? I heard last week
on Mike Malloy's show that he might be taken off AAR's line up. What's going on?

7. Malloy will stay on for sure
He just announced a 2-year extension to his contract last Friday.

Seder, on the other hand, is in limbo right now.

11. I think Malloy might have a separate syndication contract...
...with WLIB, AAR's current NYC station. When they move to the new station next month, contract obligations might keep his show at WLIB instead.
