Dennis Kozlowski is serving a sentence of up to 25 years for his role in looting $600 million from Tyco (Charts). He served as the conglomerate's CEO from 1992 to June 2002, when he was indicted for dodging New York State income taxes.

Kozlowski faces a Sept. 19 deadline for paying $97 million in restitution and a fine of $70 million stemming from his conviction. He is also required to pay $3.2 million in New York city and state sales taxes and $18 million in income taxes by that date.
