I know Muslims who are Caucasian and African-American. You would never be able to look at them and tell they're Muslims.

Somebody should explain to him that there are something on the order of 1.9 Billion Muslims - and they vary in "looks" from blond Slavic looking types to "Middle Eastern" types to Orientals to Africans. And that doesn't even begin to take in all the converts.
