One 60 year old woman, one case of claustophobia or fear of flying in a world gone mad with terror alerts, one tube of hand cream & a pack of matches....the response.......a fighter jet escort, a diverted flight, a planeload of terrified passengers and a nation quivering at it's own shadow.
