They have managed to have extraordinary luck with terror plots and alerts coming just when they needed to get something off page one of the national news. We know for a fact that 'planned attacks' were known about long before the news was made public. And we know that media has been asked to sit on stories for some time. Then, suddenly, Cheney and the junta needs to change the news on page one and the 'plots' get exposed. THAT is an issue worth looking into.

And, yes, terror is real. We see it all the time, always have. When a person or group gets frustrated enough and they have nothing else to fight with, terror is the weapon sometimes used.

It gets used by white Christians in the US from time to time but we don't hear so much about that as we do about brown Muslims who were 'planning an attack'.

Yep, terror is a neocon junta tool. They play it up when their own crimes start getting notice. It has always been around, probably as long as there have been humans. Now, it is the talk of it that does the most damage.

Anyone who has attempted a behavior modification program with someone notices the undesirable behaviors the program is attempting to change will generaly have a spike in occurance. This is due to the subject trying harder to use the behavior which had worked in the past. Like, 'hey, maybe you didn't notice my tantrum. I'll do it again so you don't miss it.'
