Not enough evidence to prosecute Brit terror suspects?

Gee, what a shock! No explosives were found. No airline tickets were actually purchased. Most of the suspects didn't even have passports - kind of a minor little detail, wouldn't you say? I was watching the news this evening, and they were saying how many of the people arrested in Britain on terror charges had either been let go or convicted of relatively minor charges. This one looks like it will be no different.

No wonder BushCo wants to just lock them up and throw away the key, and to hell with due process.

I think the news sources can be more specific than "the Americans". Maybe it was some genius in the Bush admin.

Which would mean that they weren't planning YET.
