VIDEO | Vandals target 20 drivers talking on mobile phones (BBC News)
More than 20 motorists in Hampshire have fallen victim to a vigilante who appears to target drivers using mobile phones.

Car owners have found their tyres slashed and, in some cases, a note left on their windscreens. Jon Brain reports.

1. Wished that would happen here in the U.S.
Cell phones in cars are dangerous.

3. Agreed. It's as bad as or worse than drunk driving.
That's why it's against the law in the U.K.
