2. Was it just me....
Or did anyone else think Mr. Wallace was remarkably disrespectful of a foreign President?

3. Wallace, like every other ego maniac on the box -
is just too full of himself. At least he got the interview. Just ignore Wallace and listen to the Iran Pres.

6. watched it last night...
Did anyone else think this guy seemed more intelligent and compassionate than Bush?? Not a stretch I know, but here's a guy who Bush & Co call a crazy... Except for his views on Israel (thinking the holocaust was a myth, Israel needs to be moved to Europe or the US...(kind of has a point there...they'd be safer for sure...))

Wallace was VERY full of himself but you're right, at least he got the interview...

12. smarter than Bush
for sure. His letter to Bush was also well-laid out and convincing. Only that, everything he criticized about the US (e.g. violation of human rights, high percent of incarceration), applies to the Islamic Republic too! (of course he doesn't mention that ;-) Politicians ... ugh.

5. He's MW. I don't think he was any more
disrespectful than usual. And Pres. Amedineajad must have known what he was letting himself in for. I can't beleive they picked 60 minutes out of the blue.

8. He was mocking Ahmadinejad.
This man was very nice to sit down with him and Mike insults, interrupts and pushes his own opinions on the president.

10. No, it wasn't.
MW was an ass! He was disrespectful and condescending. Admittedly, I haven't watched 60 Minutes in a while, but I can hardly believe MW would treat any other head of state in such a manner.

7. That wasn't an interview... Mike Wallace showed
poor journalism... Mike was debating with him,, defending Bushs policies... Mike was espousing his opinions.

Last I heard a journalistic is there to ask and record questions/answers. Not to be a participant in the converstation.

9. Less of an interview and more a debate
I was highly disappointed in this from a man who is supposed to be one of the most respected journalists in the world. He isn't supposed to get into a pissing contest with his subject, for crying out loud. Very bad "interview'.

11. Ahmadinejad came off looking respectable, delightful and smarter...
than the U.S. President.

This was yet another political disaster for Bush and the Neocons.

13. MW was an ass
Which is why I don't watch 60 min. except for last night. No matter how hard the neocon tried, he couldn't make Ahmadinjad look bad. I thought he came across as an intelligent, respectful, and compassionate man. I guess rove and the boys are going to have to restart their disinformation campaign.
