Did i hear this report correctly on FOX News?
Israel plans on using clandestine operations to ensure that the Lebanese army disarms Hizbollah? Is this correct? And they said they would be operating with the Lebanese army, giving them intel, to fight Hizbollah. Now if this is true, then Israel does not intend on withdrawing from Lebanon and i don't have much hope for this new peace resolution by the UN. I hope I am mistaken. Did anyone else hear this too?

2. I don't see this cease fire holding up..........
the further infaltration by Israeli forces into Lebanon don't bode well for a cease fire. I believe the purpose is to provoke Hezbollah into doing something to violate the cease fire.

4. Hez has rethought agreement and won't disarm so no peacekeepers
will deploy

Seems "disarm" for Hez now means put under the chair until needed. If not in their hands at the moment they have "disarmed"

The UN peacekeepers will not go in under these rules.

Interesting how Syria and Iran can change Hez's mind, eh?

11. Lebanon has no warm feelings for the country which bombed it to death
Why would they even want to talk to the country which has been dropping bombs on its citizens and destroying their infrastructure. It will take decades to recover, if ever.

Lebanon cooperate with Israel? There are probably many things Lebanon wants to do to Israel right now. Cooperating is no where near any list of to dos about Israel.

13. In the last year I have seen more DU'ers reporting about Faux "News"
stories. I can remember when we thought it was just a propaganda channel and phony news. Do people here think that they are legitimate now and "Fair and Balanced"?

15. Exactly right
MSNBC has their Legends programming throughout the weekend. CNN has BS on the weekends. Fox has live news. Sometimes if you want to be able to fight the enemy you have to go to enemy territory.

16. When nothing makes sense, then something is shady

It doesn't make sense now and it didn't make sense a month ago.

They keep adding new things to the peace deal, like the Lebanese are going to fight Hezbollah. They mentioned that at the beginning of the assault of Lebanon, but when Israel was bombing civilians the Lebanese turned against them. It sounds like now that they have cornered Hezbollah between some Lebanese soldiers who dislike him and Israel soldiers.

Our pre-emptive strikes in Iraq have puzzled a lot of people. So has Israel's pre-emptive strikes in Lebanon although Israels strikes were more of an overreaction instead of pre-emptive strikes. Once Israel got even, the rest of what they have done is pre-emptive.

There is something so wrong and sick about all of this destruction and death. At the very least, Lebanon could end up in a civil war like they are having in Iraq or "The world at peace or the world in pieces."

They just said on Fox something about Lebanese don't want to disarm Hezbollah so Israel will do it.
