Will the Democrats have to clean their own house first ?
Before they hope to clean up the other House and Senate? Are they not handcuffed and gridlocked as long as they have Joe Liebermans, Ben Nelsons, and Ken Salazars in the Party? Do we need to find good Democrats to run against these type of "Democrats" before we can think of cleaning up the rest of government?

No doubt, some would say this is some sort of "Party purity" test, but is it really? Wouldn't it be better for the Party and the country if we could find more progressive candidates that could win ? For those that say they must be Republican-lite to win their seats, I don't buy that. For example, Colorado has had Gary Hart and Tim Wirth in the Senate and Pat Schroeder in the House. And they voted in a Democratic State Senate last year. So, our Senators have to be Republican-lite?

1. No more Republican-lite. Where has that got us?
I hope we can choose progressive Dems who are ethical. I'm tired of being disappointed by corruption.

2. FDD (the newly named PNAC) is behind the Lamont attack, and Dems
are members of FDD. So Democrats are joining with GOPers hiding behind FDD and attacking our Connecticutt Democratic candidate.

Democratic members of the new FDD (old PNAC) which just attacked Lamont:

Sen. Joseph Lieberman
(D-CT)

Donna Brazile
Campaign Manager
Gore 2000

Rep. Eliot Engel
(D-NY)
U.S. House of Representatives

Rep. Jim Marshall
(D-GA)
U.S. House of Representatives

Sen. Zell Miller
(D-GA)
U.S. Senate

Sen. Charles E. Schumer
(D-NY)
U.S. Senate

4. If you want Lieberman to support the Democratic nominees,
then maybe you should too.

Nelson is EXTREMELY popular in Nebraska, expecially among Democrats. Could a more progressive senator be elected in NE, maybe, but maybe not. Nelson's ratings from Democrats in NE is just as good as Feingold's is WI. However, Nelson's ratings from everyone in NE is much higher than Feingold's in WI. Check out surveyusa.com for more info.

6. DINO's = Republicans
and the propaganda has swayed many Democrats on the street to think that a Democrat is a Democrat is a Democrat.
(even if he'she is a Republican when it counts)

We have moved way too far right -I fear. And the propaganda media keeps steering us venomously further right as time goes by.

Colter gets air time and union leaders get mud.

8. Dont you think the most disliked Republican lite just go defeated?
Yea,there are others. After the Democrats take control of Congress they will either reform or be forced out..We just need time to find those qualified to run against them..

11. LIEberman has his own party of one now.
He's NOT a DEM anymore!

I thought that's what we are doing...cleaning the House and Senate...then on to the WH!
At least that's my plan. ;)
