Another chance to get rid of Henry Cuellar (TX redistricting)
His is one of the districts that was redistricted after the District Court found Delay's gerrymandering to have violated the Voting Rights Act.

As such, the districts in question (CD15 Ruben Hinojosa, CD21 Lamar Smith, CD23 Henry Bonilla, CD25 Lloyd Doggett and CD28 Henry Cuellar) are going to have a non-Partisan "all-up" election on Election Day (with runoffs later, if needed)

Filing deadline is 25th August. Is there anyone out there willing to jump in as a Dem? Cuellar is the Lieberman of the House, and the party would be better off without him.
