Petition to Replace Condoleeza Rice with Charo.

Rice is utterly useless as she flies around the world making appearances and making speeches and making out like she's actually doing something useful instead of threatening and cajoling and manipulating behind the scenes for her masters.

I suggest that Charo would be equally if not more effective. Rice is dour, constantly frowning, and grimacing and she's just dripping with imperialistic arrogance and megalomania, while Charo is bubbly, flamboyant, vibrant even at 65, and every bit as articulate, as can be witnessed in the latest Geiko commercial where she translates for a customer.

Some may laugh at Charo, but let's face it, they laugh at Condi 24/7.
