In the South, Bush's approval ratings dropped from 43%to 34%
An Associated Press-Ipsos poll conducted this week found the president's approval rating has dropped to 33 percent, matching his low in May.

Only 26% of adults said the country was on the right track, and just 29 percent approved of the job Congress is doing.

"Approval ratings for Congress are below where the president is," said Jeff Lamberti, a Republican taking on five-term Iowa Rep. Leonard Boswell. "It's a real opportunity for a challenger."

"It's a good year to be running against an incumbent," just ask Joe Lieberman.

2. Tin-foil helmet time...
So I wonder if the next attack will be on one of those red southern states that received the biggest chunk of Homeland Security $$$ as NY barely got chump change.

10. Yeah right! A few weeks ago, didn't I hear Randi going over a list
of potential targets as compiled by HS, and one of them was some hog-calling contest or something?

9. Gas prices
as gas prices go up his numbers go down....especially with the repunks - the gas prices seem to bother them the most you know something that directly affects them - the fact that the idiot in chief is responsible for 100s of thousands of deaths doesn't bother them but if that gas gets over 3 bucks a gallon watch out!!!

11. The next attack WILL be the petting zoo
Minimal loss of life, minimal economic damage

Maximum fear generated -- NO ONE is safe ANYWHERE

and Homeland Security gets kudos for calling it
