Question about the '04 election.

I seem to remember a story about that election in which Bush received about 4,000 votes in an Ohio district that only had 600 registered voters. Does anyone remember that, and if so, can they throw me a link or two about it?

Steve Freeman's book is out now too I think, though I haven't bought it yet. By now there's a small library of books detailing the theft. I'm sure you can find what you're looking for somewhere.
