on, ‘CNBC's Kudlow and Company,’ one gets the GOP excuse that things are going so good for the people that it is hurting the GOP! (Now that is spin!) Kudlow says without disaster and destruction GOP cannot do well.

The GOP in power principle of ruling is: here is the law how does one get around it? This will always fail.

It will not make much difference but the next time one gets to talk to the GOP apologist on the Boob-Tube make it a point to tell them that the GOP is losing because the GOP is interested in posturing and not governing.

Doing things legally wins. Govern under the following premise; here is the law follow it or change it.

Governments defeated organized crime and criminals using the law. Governments are defeating international terrorist by using the laws.

...now "governments are organized crime," at least ours is. The "elimination" of traditional "organized crime" groups was merely an anti-competitive effort by the gov't.
