You know that meaningless phrase, "if you will"? Well, Cheney uses it all the time and my boss's boss, who is an asshole too, also uses it. So I have come to despise that phrase, if you will, and anyone that utters it.

Think about it, the phrase is used to pretend to ask you if you are OK with some crap said jerk is going to blurt out. But actually never waiting for a response or expecting one. Snobbish.
