Look at pictures of any president before and after his term. I swear, the job takes 20 years off your lifespan. You see it in Clinton, Bush Sr., Reagan and Carter.

If you look at Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, the age shows as well. Both Bill and Hillary looked like they were in their late 20's/early 30's back when they were campaigning in '92. In just four years of dealing with right wing nuts, they looked tired and the age was really showing. It affects the very badly, IMHO. I wonder if any of us could get a grant to study the aging effects of politics. It would be an interesting study.

Bush looked bad to begin with though. He was fugly from the get go.
