Replugs hurt veterans Aasbestos legislation stopped
Edited on Fri Aug-11-06 09:18 PM by Monkeyman
When you think of the issues that are important to veterans today, asbestos litigation is not the first thing you would think about with Bush's budget cuts.

But unfortately replugs have stopped very sick veterans from compensation from the VA

Veterans are barred from suing the government. But the Companies that provided the asbestos to the military have all filed bankruptcy. The only help that veterans from Vietnam and World War Two could hope for. Was Congress to make this a disability so they could recieve help they need from the VA

But once again Replugs show they could care less about the men and women who served this Country.
The Chicken Hawks down party line before they left for recess voted that no veteran exposed could use the VA for help. The Bill they again voted down was S.3274. The research has shown over 3.1 million veterans where exposed to Asbestos. The way they die is a very ugly painful death.

Its is time to vote these checken hawks out so real people can be helped
