We are all feeling a bit beat right now
Two days ago we were all walking on clouds and so damn proud of Lamont (what a great man - to take on this wacko and destructive administration). Anyway, that seems like soo long ago doesn't it. They are achieving their goals. I suspect that they did just want to diffuse our momentum but have since decided it is a go for some of the big stuff they had planned for later (too many are suspicious). I think we should all take some big breaths and focus on where we do we go from here (I vote John Conyers)? Most of know they will now pull out all the stops. Something big is about to happen in our beloved country very soon. They are not satisfied with the publics response to the latest BS.

1. Does anyone ever wonder...

why everytime Democrats get a victory, something terrible happens the next day that is all over the news. Call me paranoid, but there seems to be some mass manipulation going on here, or a concerted effort to crush any hope Dems/liberals might have. Hell, "they" (right wingers, facists, whoever "they" are) did it in the Sixties by cutting down MLK, JFK and RFK. Anyway, that's my intuition, for what it's worth.

hard to find a time for a victory without something terrible happening.

2. I feel fine
The media is not the scoreboard -- Reality is the scoreboard. The media can spin all the want but even the stupidest American knows what they deal with day after day. Outsourcing, gas prices, Iraq debacle, OBL still at large, etc.

We don't own the mainstream media but we can win even without it.

4. I hope you right
Inept yes... But it doesn't take a rocket scientist to gleefully push a button... Look at the gleam in their eyes and the incresed smirks on their faces lately (these indicators cannot be denied).

5. A pre-election LIHOP event?
I'm not sure they have that much control over their own lives, let alone ours, but I wouldn't put it past them. And remember, the militant Jihadists want the Bush faction to stay in power -- it strengthens their hand as well.

This current event, and the fact that the Bushistas deliberately sat on the reports until the day after the election (twisting a few arms in Merrie Olde), shows just how little concern they have for our safety. They got the info from New Scotland Yard late last week, and it now appears that the arrests were delayed at least four days. By tomorrow, you can bet that the cries of "Conspiracy Theory!" will be shouted from the rooftops of the Commentariat. It's following the same, repetitive, odious pattern.

Imagine if the terrorists had decided to go ahead with their plan this past weekend instead of "in a few days" from now. Three airliners -- upwards of a thousand people -- would have been blown out of the sky and dropped into oceanic graves just so the American conservative movement could twist an election and have a good gloat.

If ANY evidence surfaces that "our bastards" are in cahoots with the suicide bombers from 9-11 or any other incident, may woe betide them for the rest of their miserable little lives.

6. That evidence, I believe, is close at hand...
This is why we need to get them out NOW! They are desperate to keep it all under wraps.

7. I'm not feeling beat at all.
I'm feeling good, actually. We won a very important election in Connecticut that may have been trumped by the "Sky Terror" news, but that victory isn't going away, you know.

Bush is at 33% in the latest AP/Ipsos Poll. America's on our side.

Don't allow yourself to be defeated. Now's the time to buck up, fight, and campaign like hell!
