4. he passes the "I'm not a terrorist" test by drinking his liquids.

5. Actually -according to what we are being told- they accounted for that

the terrorists had bottles that had a seperation in them so that the top WAS the Gatorade type liquid and the explosive was on the bottom. Unless the screener watched really carefully they could have passed the test.
