Just throw your liquid explosives in here!

A traveler at Denver International Airport has to dump all the liquid items from his carry on bags as he goes through the security screening. No liquids are allowed on flights in carry on luggage, as security screenings tightened at all U.S. airports. (Post / Cyrus McCrimmon)

What a joke.

2. Two things without which I cannot, and will not, fly:
1. Purell.

2. Bottled water.

So, is Canada being just as hysterical and stupid? I keep saying my next flight to Australia will start in Vancouver...

3. But what a boost for retail sales. Throw away perfectly good products
and purchase another set at your destination. And I have no investments in those motel vending machines! Crap.

6. They should make them available to incoming travellers
You leave your unopened/new stuff on one end. Get someone elses on the other end.

7. I was thinking the same thing
what a boom for the manufacturing companies. P&G must be sliding out of their chairs at the thought of even a momentary bump in sales for their products. Wanna bet that the "sample size", previously called the "travel size" will make a reappearance ... and will cost not that much less than the full size products?

Hotel gift shops are raising the prices as we speak, as is any store within walking distance of any hotel, motel, or guest house.

4. Yes, but can you still carry Dell Laptops?
Edited on Thu Aug-10-06 02:54 PM by Xipe Totec
"For the record, this is a Dell machine," notes Gaston. "It is only a matter of time until such an incident breaks out on a plane," he suggests.
