Ohio:

The FBI announced today that it has detained ten men who were here illegally on expired visas. All the men were in clown school, and according to officials, were attempting to finish their 6 week degree so as to obtain clown gear.

One source, wishing to remain anonymous, said the plot involved filling the big red shoes with explosives, and putting some sort of gel into the seltzer bottles. All men had one way tickets to leave the US from various airports.

A DHS official noted "When it comes to terrorism, we don't clown around".

One of the detained, Syed Mohammed Haji Elijah Jihad, was on the watchlist and authorites believe he came here from Mexico. More money is being asked to beef up border patrols and checkpoints.

The clown school in Ohio has been temporarily shut down during this investigation.
