9. I doubt they'd send luggage on separate planes...

...because it would increase the cost of travel enormously. Many airlines are only marginally profitable as it is. Also, airlines have a history of passing on any inconvenience directly to the passenger.

I agree about the full body searches, which means that they'll start demanding we turn up for our flights five hours in advance.

If we're forced to check-in laptops and phones, the economic impact will be huge because many people simply won't carry them anymore. No travel insurance will cover high value items carried in the hold and companies will soon get sick of replacing broken and stolen equipment. The impact on business travelers will be large.

from taking part in law enforcement, the responsibility for domestic security has traditionally resided with the police and the FBI. The criminal sleaze here just oozes and bubbles barely perceptibly under the surface and has yet to erupt for what it all means. MZM appears to have tentacles that go straight to the WH. NOBODY but a certain few blogs and the rare occasional print MSM appears to have noticed.

This story isn't going away. The Union-Tribune reporters and Copley News Service did some great background research (and broke this story as far as I know). These early articles provided some tie-in with Porter Goss gosling Foggo. I believe Goss was also on the committee with Cunningham before the disaster monkey thought he could do more damage at the CIA.
