Karl Rove IS NOT ALL POWERFUL! He's just a fat douche with some luck.
You all give him too fucking much credit if you ask me. He is a hack. He is no better than any number of other paid political operatives. He does not screw us and trap us every day, week, or even month. Giving him credit for doing so, is giving him credit he does not deserve.

Those that buy this brand of paranoia have been sold a bill of goods by those trying to make him out to be far more than he is.

Karl Rove is a pitiful repug hack, a walking sack of political puss. Nothing more.

He has gotten lucky as much as he has ever WON anything. I could have looked like a political genius in the days after 9/11. How much brilliance is required to scream "Booga! Booga!" make people roll over like poodles after a major terror attack? Not any more than it takes to yell "FIRE!" in a crowded theater.

God, do I ever get sick of hearing this fat, toad get credit for his near all powerful nature and his supposed ability to control the whole damn world.

Karl is nothing but a fucking turd that happened to be in the right job at the right time.

Now, run kiddies. Run in fear. Karl is probably thinking of a way to get anyone that posts to this thread! Scurry, scurry!

Need proof?

Hey Karl, fuck you, you fat miserable repug douchebag. Come and get me bitch. I'll be waiting.

waiting...............

waiting...............

waiting...............

See...Not dead yet!

Karl is a worthless toad. Not someone to fear.

Actually... He should be afraid of all of us. Because we want him held accountable for all the shit he's pulled. It's only a matter of time before people realize who he is and what he has done to this country. He should be verrrry scared.

I guess 9/11 was the closest to a Jap Raid we'll get in the 21st Century.

6. Rove's "genius" is the result of one thing: illegal surveillance.
Remember how the GOP seemed to be one step ahead in so many recent political maneuvers? I have no doubt that the illegal domestic surveillance (which started well before 9-11, before terrorism was 'on our radar', to borrow W's line) has been used to spy on political opponents. No doubt whatsoever.

Rove's just a man of low cunning with access to government resources.

7. The way I see it
is that Rove may not be a genius, but he certainly has read some history books.

New century, old tactics. These scare tactics are nothing new.

The difference is that scare tactics are considered immoral by anyone with conscience and while they have been used in our recent history (the cold war for instance) they dont seem to have been used as effectively or as blatantly as the way Rove and co. are using them now.

9/11 shook up so many people in this country, Rove saw it and played them like a fiddle.

12. Things have quited down a great deal.
And I have had the opportunity to address my main issues to the mods through one whom I have a lot of respect for. I am confident that he addressed those concerns to the powers that be. I suspect that my suggestions are being taken seriously. That clears the way for me to stop on by again. Hope it all works out!

I hate being gone. Too many buddies. But, sometines it is best for all to take a walk for a while!

30. About what do you two "disagree bitterly on most things?"
Since this is a Democratic board, where most if not all DUers at least agree that Bushler&Co are a bunch of murderous douche bags, who profit by destroying the entire Earth, I find it strange you two would "disagree bitterly on most things."

What's so important that would cause so much bitterness? Aren't we on the same side here?

Surely, you can point out what you disagree with me on?

I did get word that you seem to have some issues stalking folks in nasty PM's of late. I do disagree with that kind of behavior.

What other of my positions do you disagree with?

18. Agreed 100%
He's no genius and he's not even an excellent political hack. He has succeeded for one reason and only one reason......he's willing to stoop lower than anyone else would ever be willing to stoop. And others refuse to stoop this low for more than just their conscience. When one stoops this low, eventually they become known as the "person/people who stoop lower than a snake's belly" and they will bring discrace to their cause thereby actually undermining the very thing they were trying to promote.

glad your thread made it to the GPage.

Everybody gives that little no-nothing spoiled brat far too much credit for his alleged ability to scheme. Of course he has W fooled, that goes without saying since W is a moron -- but the rest of us should see right through his "reputation" that he is putting up about himself. BigFatKarl has simply gotten lucky a few times and been deadwrong several times (such as being fired from Bush I and being found out during his plotting several times, such as the McCain smears, etc.)

If he's so damned clever then how come we know who he is and what he is involved in? Why would he take such a public role in this misAdministration? Wouldn't the best kind of schemer have deeper cover and move the pieces on the chess board without finding ways to have his ego massaged every ten minutes for every move he supposedly makes?

OMFG! The weather was really hot on voting day in August! This MUST have been a Rovian plot to inhibit the voter turnout!

He knows how and what to sell to his base, just like Coke, McDonalds, MTV, etc.

The major problem is that marketing cannot make up for a defective product. If a movie sucks, then all of the greatest trailers in the world can't save it.

Bush is a defective product who has a great salesman.

mistakes and blunders -- at the top of the list was,
1.) Don't allow footage of dead US. troops returning (very bad)

3.) Filter/regulate the amount of war coverage allowed into living rooms

It doesn't take a genius to play on people's fears, make cute slogans like "cut'n run" and pander to pre-existing ignorance, racism and homophobia.

That's it, there's nothing else there. And if he is such a "genius", how come his boss and his party are steadily losing ground with no visible progress on anything?
