2. US, UK are vetoing peace

The UN can't do anything unless all the major powers agree. Unfortunately, both parties in the US have the Bush/Olmert/Netanyahu/neocon position on this conflict so we shouldn't expect * to change course due to pressure. :(

to get the most payola for the right vote.

It is overwhelming obvious the UN care little about people that don't have oil money to grease the palms.
