A good portion of soldiers returning from Iraq are suffering brain injury from IED's and other explosions. In this years defense appropriations bill they slashed funding for the Defense and Veterans Brain Injury Center. They provide treatment and research on brain injuries from the Iraqi/Afghanistan wars and occupation.

If you feel this is a valuable service, contact your senator and ask him to restore funding for our injured soldiers.

There's plenty money for $700 billion in tax breaks for multimillionaires and billionaires, but it seems when it comes to our soldiers there's none.

How much more are they going to screw the troops? 2500+ dead, 100,000+ seriously disabled I believe and about the same number homeless...
