My idea on how to reform War

I think the leaders that decide they want to go to war should be given guns and let them loose on each other.
So the US wants to oust Saddam?
No problem--give George and Saddam weapons and let them go at it.
To the victor goes the spoils.
I'd bet that war would become non-existant at the thought that they could actually DIE for what they believe in. Would sure make diplomacy a little more appealling.

Lock them in a room and let them work it out.

But the problem is, no one makes any money that way.

To the victor goes the spoils. They wouldn't risk dying for what they believe in, so maybe war wouldn't become non-existent. However, that wouldn't matter because to fight a war would be to play a non-violent game.
