I purposely turned the tv off last night because I didn't want to hear any more GOP "agonizing" over Lieberman.

When I heard him on the radio this morning, I see I made the right decision.

Their rhetoric does not, and did not, match reality.

My husband and I said to each other this morning that we hope this is just the first of many defeats of incumbent DINO's.

The Democrats need to move back from the right and take a strong stand on issues that effect average Americans. I have watched the DEMS move further and further to the right. CT just had a long, trying, and exhausting election campaign. It is hard on the public and they want peace and quiet afterwards. They are tired of electons. You get a poor loser on the air, and treating it as though the election is next week, not 3 months away, and they will HATE THE MESSENGER. Here, the messenger is Joe - and the message is "I am so important that you cannot live without me."

The longer, louder and more aggressively Joementum makes noise, the more insignificant he will be in november.
