CNN just called Lieberman a "political casualty of the war."
LOL!!

Then showed footage of him saying he wanted to be "the comeback kid." I thought that job was taken.

1. First he stabs Clinton in the back
now he wants to be Clinton.

It's time to go, Joe.

16. It would be ironic if he claims that
Clinton stabbed him in the back (by supporting the DEMOCRATIC PARTY CANDIDATE) ...

3. CNN should fire their political analysts
or save time and 86 the Rove-sponsored talking points.

No more status quo!

4. CNN has been Whoring for the Corporate War Machine for so
long, it's almost entertaining in a pathetic way how much they will figuratively "low-crawl through the filth" with innuendo and glib remarks.

Yes, they're hopelessly pathetic and damn near in danger of NOT being "all that relevant" since even the Average American is catching on to the fact that THEY SHAMELESSLY LIE FOR THEIR CORPORATE MASTERS' BEST INTERESTS!

Yes, CNN has always been sort of whorish, but in a "call girl" uptown sort of way.

Now, what's left to their fair reporting type of moral ethics is figuratively "turning tricks" for 20 bucks a pop at the Bus Station. :puke:

5. Remember his pathetic "3-way Tie"
with Clark and Edwards? And then "Joe-mentum" was born. He is so fucking lame I can't stand to look at the guy. Go retire already.

6. It's beyond ironic that Joe Ego sees himself as "strong" on anything
Is there anyone weaker in communication techniques and even in appearence? Claiming the title of Comeback Kid is only powerful AFTER it happens. And he's been dismissive of soldiers while urging wars for them to fight. How does anyone see him as "strong"?

11. What makes him strong is The Corporate War Profiteering ...
Edited on Wed Aug-09-06 11:34 AM by ShortnFiery
Beasties who support him. There's big money to be made in "perpetual war."

These evil bastards are going to claw, scratch and MANIPULATE the Lap-Dog Media to the hilt.

Our best chance is networking and MOCKING / CORRECTING USA M$M cable news at every damn opportunity. ;)

Remember Holy Joe has some VERY Powerful Corporations who will not see him go, without a vicious, knock down, drag out fight. EXCELLENT! We're as ready as we ever will be. :hi:

8. CNN is equating the will of The People with assasination or
a war casualty?

9. I don't know if they meant it that way, but I interpreted to mean
that his support of the war contributed to his loss.

10. It's still better than being a REAL casualty of war
I know it's cute for Lieberman to think that the anti-war movement is "far left" but the fact is most Americans are against the war in Iraq. Knowing that one's political future is directly tied to public opinion *gasp!*, it isn't rocket science to figure out why he didn't win last night.

12. Ha! I'd just posted earlier today that the MSM was going to start ....
... painting this 3-term, 18-year DC insider as the underdog. How ridiculous.

13. Well, he's in the process of being resurrected...perhaps
as the undead. Joe the Vampire. We may need a wooden stake and a supply of holy water.
